Delivery Information


We use USPS whenever possible.  First Class or Priority will be used unless otherwise noted.  Please allow between 3 and 10 days for delivery (may be longer for certain regions or international shipments).  Tracking will be provided whenever possible and timely shipping is our goal.  If you should have any questions about your shipment please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you in your inquiry.

If other shipping carrier(s) are used you will be notified promptly of any changes. 

Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless order is cancelled prior to shipment.  We attempt to ship within 24 hrs of receiving an order and any order split orders will not incur any extra charges to you.  We will notify you if your order has shipped separately.  Back orders may ship at different times and are at the sole discretion of Carpeli Grooming & Personal Care.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of some products and weather conditions in various regions products may be exposed to abnormal heat through transit.  Carpeli Grooming & Personal Care cannot be responsible for items arriving imperfectly due to weather.  We strive to have our products arrive as they were intended but, at times, that is impossible due to uncontrollable circumstances.  We do our best to ensure your products arrive as they were attended and in a timely manner.  If you have problems with your order please feel free to contact us immediately upon receipt of items.


Carpeli Personal Care, Inc cannot be responsible for country tariffs, customs, or import fees with shipments to international destinations.  It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any such extra fees associated with the shipment of your order.  Orders may be held my arriving country's customs office until fees are paid.  If shipment is returned for non-payment of customs fees order total will be refunded minus cost incurred for return of items including original shipping fees and re-stocking fee of up to 30% of total.
